Bastille Stone is a timeless classic castle stone. These castle stones have a chiseled appearance with varying tones from light cream to beige. They create subtle visual interest and can be combined with the most contemporary streamlined furnishings to create a relaxed eclectic style. The stones with their light colour will give a sense of space and light to an interior room.
Bastille Stone veneers can easily be applied using the guidelines provided on our website by a do-it-yourselfer at a fraction of the cost of a professional installation. They are directly applied with the recommended interior adhesive to the plasterboard of an interior wall. The wall needs to be prepared prior to installation of the stones. This is done in a few quick steps. After the stones are glued to the wall, the joints need to be filled with grout. The grout is easily applied using the provided grout pouch and any excess is easily removed once the grout has started to harden.
Due to the light coloured nature of the stones and especially in high traffic areas it is advisable to finish off the installation by protecting the stones with protection.
